2. Reporting Issues / 报告质量问题

3. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement / 退款或更换资格

Approved: Significant spoilage, sour/fermented smell upon arrival, or incorrect item sent.
Not Approved: Minor bruising due to transportation, personal preference for taste/texture, or spoilage due to customer not being present for delivery.CN:

4. Resolution / 处理方案
